- Been wearing this jacket for skiing and alpine climbing (as my warmest jacket). ESS nailed the combination of lightweight and warm. Was also very impressed by its waterproofing. Cant recommend the nano primaloft enough!

I'm a landscape photographer who recently (May 2017) spent four weeks traveling around the South Island of New Zealand. It was deep into Autumn and this jacket kept me very warm while hiking up hills/mountains in the dark, wind and rain.
I wore it only on the coldest days and just a base layer underneath was perfect for me.
I'm really glad I bought this jacket and would highly recommend to anyone venturing into the cold this winter. - Outstanding
- An excellent alternative to those ubiquitous puffer jackets. 'Super light weight' is right (lighter than my previous, decades-old Primaloft jacket) and the combination of featherweight-ness and fabric textures (tough outside, silky inside) make it very comfortable. It and a T-shirt are sufficient at 0c. And since it is not quilted, it is fashionable without being out-doorsy for city wear. I'm tempted to get a second.

- Im currently in Antarctica working the Summer and this is my daily 'go to' garment. It is simply awesome! Super light weight and superbly fitting, it has kept me warm in -20c windchill factor with only a woolen baselayer underneath. Coupled with an ESS fleece layer and I'm absolutely toasty all day, and its a long day..
